Support every club in your network

Dacreed master licenses are free for National and Regional Sporting Organisations. Your member clubs pay only when they use it, and when you lead the way, everyone saves more.

Your clubs shouldn't be struggling with compliance alone.

Incorporated societies across New Zealand are navigating new legal obligations, updated constitutions, and evolving governance requirements. For most clubs, this is unfamiliar territory, and the cost of getting it wrong falls on your sport.

Clubs struggle for volunteers and compliance and governance can be difficult to manage if you don't have any experience. As the national or regional body, you're already carrying the load: fielding questions, chasing paperwork, and trying to hold everything together with limited resources.

Dacreed is a better way to share these resources and support your member clubs.

Free for you. Pay on uptake.

Dacreed is designed so the organisations who use it most, your member clubs, share the cost fairly. Here's how it works:

1

You get Dacreed at no charge

NSOs and RSOs receive access to the platform at no cost. Use it to support your member clubs, share resources, set governance standards, and monitor compliance across your network.

2

Clubs pay based on their own use

Each member club is billed individually based on their usage, so there's no upfront outlay from you, and every club only pays for what they actually use. The most they will pay under this model is $499 + GST per annum for 10 licenses.

3

You can choose to take it further

If your organisation wants to step up as the billing lead for your member clubs, you unlock significant volume discounts across the board. One subscription, one invoice, and a lower rate for everyone.

Stop reinventing the wheel across 50 clubs. Start sharing what works.

The real power of Dacreed at scale isn't just compliance, it's what you can do when your entire sporting community operates from the same foundation.

Set the standard, once

Create governance templates, constitutions, and policies that reflect your sport's values and requirements. Push them to every club with a single action.

See the whole picture

Get a live view of where each club stands with their obligations, so you can step in early, not after something goes wrong.

Share resources without the overhead

Minutes templates, meeting checklists, AGM workflows, officer registers, build them centrally and make them available to every club that needs them.

Extend support

Additional training resources beyond governance, help clubs engage volunteer coaches and team managers, making their roles easier and more attractive.

Support your clubs without drowning

Your clubs get expert-level compliance guidance baked into the platform. You get fewer frantic phone calls.

Let's talk it through

Built for sporting bodies like yours.

Dacreed is already supporting incorporated societies across New Zealand. It has a hierarchical view so you can manage your members. It's particularly well-suited for:

National Sporting Organisations

NSOs managing affiliated regional bodies and member clubs at scale.

Regional Sporting Organisations

RSOs providing governance support to local clubs across a district or region.

Common questions

Is Dacreed really free for NSOs and RSOs?

Yes. Your organisation accesses the platform at no charge. Costs are borne by the member clubs who use it, either directly or through a bulk arrangement you choose to manage. If no one wants to use it, there is no charge.

What if only some of our clubs want to participate?

That's fine. Clubs can sign up individually and pay their own way. There's no obligation for your NSO or RSO to manage billing unless you choose to.

What's the benefit of us taking on billing responsibility?

When you subscribe on behalf of your member clubs, you unlock volume-based discounts that are significantly better than individual club rates. It also gives you greater oversight and simplifies the experience for your clubs.

How many clubs do we need to qualify for bulk pricing?

Talk to us, pricing is tailored to the size and structure of your network. We work with both small regional associations and large national bodies.

What obligations are member clubs managing?

Dacreed helps clubs meet their obligations under the Incorporated Societies Act, including maintaining officer registers, running compliant AGMs, keeping proper meeting minutes, police vetting of volunteers, and maintaining up-to-date constitutions.

Can Dacreed be used to support other activities?

Yes. Dacreed helps clubs support other activities, it can be used to provide training and coaching support, manage performance reviews of staff, manage Health & Safety, and much more.

See how it works for your sport.
